Your payment is held safely by Paystack until the work is done. The pro only gets paid when you confirm you’re satisfied.

If something goes wrong, submit photos as evidence. Our team reviews every case carefully.

Fair Resolution

We offer full refunds, partial refunds, or free rework — whatever is fair for the situation.

What Can Happen

Full Refund

If the work is unacceptable, you get your full payment back.

Partial Refund

If part of the work was done well, the payment is split fairly.

Free Rework

The pro returns to fix the issue at no extra cost.

Claim Denied

If evidence doesn’t support the claim, payment goes to the pro.

Professionals can respond to disputes with their own account of events and evidence. Every side of the story is heard.

False Claims Are Punished

Filing false or fraudulent disputes results in immediate customer account suspension. We take abuse of the system seriously.

Keep 100% of Your Earnings

On successful jobs, professionals keep 100% of their quoted price. The 10% service fee is paid by the customer, not the pro.
